Terms of Service
By purchasing a commission or YCH you have accepted that you've read my Terms of Service and agreed to the following conditions I've set.
I have the right to refuse service for any reason, especially if the interaction has been hostile or the art will promote offensive messages.

USAGE RULES
— NO DEADLINES (If you have a deadline, then I take 50% extra of the amount of commission) I will finish it on my own time (Roughly around 2 Months max on a normal commission depending on how many people I have then its 3)
— Private arts are accepted. This adds 50% to the cost (you must notify me before the art is started, otherwise the art will be public)
— I can use any picture I create to sell as prints to the public.
— Also, I can use all photos for Patreon projects and other digital projects (However, I will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.).
— You will get two images:
1) For public use on the internet with watermark.
2) For personal use only no watermark.

— I work ONLY with character reference sheets, not descriptions.
— I reserve the right to not accept your commission, if I do not feel comfortable by any means.
— Payment plans available starting at $150 for 4 weeks
— I will not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving full payment.
— I show the following steps:
sketch --> line and color --> final version
— Sketch: I will ask for you to give me feedback before I start lining/coloring. Line and Color: I will start the lining process small changes to the lineart can be made at this time, I will be asking for feedback on the coloring. Final: I will ask you one last time how it looks before finalizing the Commission/YCH, Once approved there is no turning back.
— I don't do fixes when work is finished: I don't take responsibility if you forgot to ask for corrections.
— The final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload to your FA gallery or Twitter, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)
— If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask me for a quote.
— I only send .png files.
REFUNDS
— Please, don't bid/buy if you can't pay!
— After approval of the sketch I do not do refunds
— If you do a refund without any reasons when your commission is in the works or after (Means of trying to scam me) you'll be blocked an blacklisted. Please respect all artists!
